Women’s Training Program

Join the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon Women’s Training Program

This 16-week program is completely free, made for women and designed by women. In addition to the suggested runs/workout plan (developed by Lauren Roberts of The Running Physio), we will be dropping weekly guest speakers to help you fully prepare for race day!

To best utilize this program (and not miss out on any of the exciting events we have planned leading up to the marathon) we encourage you to join our private Facebook Group. We will be releasing updates with a guest speaker video/ audio, training plan for the week, news about upcoming events & the opportunity to connect with other women participating in the training program!
