The 5K course will start at University Avenue, north of Queen Street and travel north to Dundas Street. It will then turn south on University Avenue and head down to Wellington Street. Participants will travel east on Wellington Street to Bay Street where they will turn right on Bay Street and head south to Lake Shore Blvd. From Lake Shore Blvd. and Bay Street participants will head west on Lake Shore Blvd. to Rees Street then turn around at Rees Street and head back east to Bay Street At Bay Street, they will turn left and head north all the way to Queen Street and through the Finish line.
The GU flavours on course at 12K, 23K, and 30.5K will be Salted Caramel, Lemon Sublime, Espresso Love, and Tri Berry.
If you do not finish your distance within the course time limit, you will kindly be asked to move to the sidewalk and complete your distance as an informed pedestrian.
Please follow the directions of our Course Marshals to ensure you complete your distance safely.
Please be sure to collect your medal after your race from the finish line or from the Help Desk.
*If you are participating in the Half Marathon, you will be able to collect your medal at the finish line. Please ensure that you ask our volunteers at the finish line to hand you a Half Marathon medal.
