Aug 10/10: Peter Gambaccini's "Brief Chat with Eric Gillis" as he prepares for STWM. Eric Gillis, a 2008 Olympic 10,000-metre runner for Canada, will do the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon on September 26. Gillis, now 30, made his marathon debut in Houston in January and ran 2:13:52. full story »

Team JAPAN announced for International Team Challenge at Scotia Toronto Waterfront, Sept. 26th

July 7/10: For the first time, the International Team Challenge at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon will see a team from Japan. They are also the first to announce their team for this year's Challenge. It is a strong one. Not only have they established themselves as the team to beat against Team CANADA, Team MEXICO and Team ENGLAND, but it will be intriguing to see Japanese marathoners in a city-marathon outside their country. full story »
