You can register online until midnight September 20/10, or by mail (use paper entry, postmarked by August 27/10). Run week registration is on September 24-25 at the Runners' Expo, at the Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place. For complete information please see the registration page.
As long as you have Photo ID and you are on the confirmation list you do not need your email confirmation to pickup your packet.
If you registered with EventsOnline, please click here so you can request an email to be automatically re-sent with your STWM confirmation # and information.
If you registered with RUNNING ROOM or MARATHONGUIDE, email to have it re-sent.
Unfortunately we have a no refund policy for the Toronto Waterfront Marathon, Half-Marathon and 5k Run / Walk / Wheelchair and all events in the Canada Running Series. However, for STWM you can transfer your entry to a friend, online, until midnight Sept 7. Administration fee of $10 applies. Note that there is a delay of 1-3 days after you submit the online transfer form before the change will appear on the confirmation list. After Sept 7, changes can be made only at the Expo / Packet Pickup. Pick up your original race kit first, then go to the corrections table to make changes.

Yes ... if you need to change your event distance you can use the online registration change form until midnight September 7th. After that, changes can be made only at the Expo / Packet Pickup. Pick up your original race kit first, then go to the corrections table to make changes.
Please note there is a $10 administration charge for ALL event changes. If you are moving to a longer distance incremental entry fees will also apply.
For full marathoners (only) who cannot run and do not wish to change events or transfer to a friend, it may be possible to defer your full marathon entry to the following year. This will be permitted on a case-by-case basis until September 7 at midnight. We will not consider requests after Sept 7 for any reason. Please contact us with your details and reason you cannot run. [Sorry, this does NOT apply to half marathon and 5k entries; requests for deferrals from the half and 5k will not be answered.]
Run packet pickup is available at the RUNNERS' EXPO, Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place. We strongly recommend you pick up your packet early.
You (or a friend) must pick up your number, ChampionChip, t-shirt and goodie bag at the RUNNERS' EXPO on Friday or Saturday. Please bring photo ID OR a printout of your registration email confirmation. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO RACE KIT PICK-UP ON RACE DAY.

Yes - BUT ... you will need to produce the following two items in order to pick up a run packet that is not your own:
If picking up for friends, you can do so for a maximum of three, after which you'll have to line up again at the appropriate table. This keeps the line moving and fair for all runners involved with the event.
