Where and when can I register?

You can register online under the Register tab until October 13, 2014 at midnight if caps are not reached. If you were unable to register before online registration closed, you can register in person for the marathon, half or 5k at the Expo on Friday and Saturday, Hall D, Direct Energy Centre (DEC), 100 Princes' Blvd (if caps not reached).

I lost my confirmation email. Can you please send it again?

There is no need. You are allowed to use one piece of valid photo ID to pick up your race kit. You will need to look up your bib number BEFORE proceeding to the race kit pick up table. For complete information see the registration page.

I'm injured, can I have a refund?
I can't make it anymore, can I have my money back?
Can I transfer my entry to a friend?
Can I switch distances?

It is a Canada Running Series policy that no refund of entry fees will be issued nor will any transfer be made to other events. It is the responsibility of the entrant to pick up their packet from registration. Packets will not be mailed prior to or after the event. After the event has taken place T-shirts may not be available, and prior to the event are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

PARTICIPANT TRANSFERS — will now have to be made at the Help Desk Kiosk at the Running, Health & Fitness Expo on Friday October 17 between 11:00am and 8:00pm OR Saturday, October 18 between 10:00am and 6:00pm. The Running, Health & Fitness Expo will be in Hall D at the Direct Energy Centre (DEC), 100 Princes' Blvd. The original person does not have to be present. The new participant will require either the original confirmation e-mail and/or a letter or e-mail giving him or her permission to run in their place. The new participant will first have to pick up the original person's race kit and take it to the Help Desk to have the bib transferred over for results purposes. The shirts were ordered based on the original person's registration and so all shirt exchanges will be in Nathan Phillips Square after the race at the Information/Help Desk tents. There is a $10 administration fee for participant transfers.

The Running, Health & Fitness Expo will be in Hall D at the Direct Energy Centre (DEC), 100 Princes' Blvd.

Below is the distance change breakdown chart for the Expo. Distance changes are available up until distance cap is reached.

I'm already registered and now I want to add Scotiabank Red Laces. How can I do that?

On race weekend, shoelaces can be purchased at the shoelace table at the Expo.
